Fraser Hollands(formerly Barford Fraser Solicitors Limited) was formed in 2013 as specialists in the area of Family Law. In 2018 the firm underwent significant re-structuring and re-branding. The firm is headed by Glen Fraser and Gary Hollands.
Our expertise is demonstrated by the membership of the Law Society’s Children’s Panel by Glen Fraser and Gary Hollands. We are similarly proud to hold Lexcel accreditation since 2017, which recognises the quality of service we offer to our clients.
It is the aim of the firm to be approachable and understanding. We recognise not only the need to achieve a client’s immediate objectives, but we are also sensitive to ensure that we do not lose sight of the need to minimise disruption to family life.
We also seek to embrace the use of technology to assist our clients and is our goal to move towards being a paperless office. We encourage electronic communication, which improves efficiency and the speed of which clients are kept up to date with their cases.
Our experience has taught us that many clients prefer to have the same individual represent them not only in the office, but also at Court, should the matter require Court action. All our Solicitors are competent advocates who are happy to represent clients in Court.
The individual reputation of our Lawyers cover a large part of the South East and we have reflected this by making offices available for our Clients for appointments in Strood and Sheerness. We accept instructions from clients throughout the South East.
